Kidfest is a pretty big deal now. We've even got visitors
(spies?) coming to visit us!
Inside and outside, Kidfest is all about kids.
Registration, information, food and most of all FUN for kids
of all ages!
Who can resist a good face painting? Not these two
young ladies!
There's lots to do outside too. OUr good friends and
supporters at the Georgina Fire Department, the York Regional Police and
York Emergency Medical Services all join in to give everyone a look at these
critical services that protect us all.
Not matter the age, a big honking fire truck is
inspirational to look at. Even more so are the dedicated men and women
of our emergency services under whose protective cover we live.
For two years we've partnered with St. John's Ambulance
Service who offer a kids car seat installation clinic. Get 'em done
right - they're carrying pretty special cargo!
How do we do this? As always
with a team of dedicated volunteers. They step up for us time and
again, and we owe our very existence to their tenacity and caring.
