The Town of Newmarket graciously lets
us use their council chamber and telephone system to use as our "Call Centre".
Our dedicated group of volunteers handles all incoming calls. This year
they handled over 2,500 calls in the 6-hour telethon. |

As the bids are called in, they are
noted and loaded on the "Bid Board" - telling the operators the standing bid on
any item. Callers can watch the show to see what's going on as well.
